Those of us who keep up with the topic have seen reports of phenomena at Skinwalker Ranch not occurring while the cameras are running, and of orbs following people home (sometimes days later), and of UAPs beating Navy pilots to their recon point.
If even a few of these reports are true, it would seem that at least some of them have the ability to know what we're thinking, or maybe look into the future, or some of other way of staying a step ahead of us. Yes it sounds crazy, but so does the entire group of phenomena. So it occurred to me that we may never know what they are or where they're from, unless they decide to tell us. |

Combined with the rather widespread reports that they can communicate telepathically and cause people to feel calm.
I would say that if that is true, it would be an easy thing for them to detect an observer before being observed. |

What cooks my noodle about it is almost definitely time shifting or traveling is involved. Positing that, the fact that no one from the future has come back from any point in the vast future and told us WTF is going on seems creepy. There has to be an enormous amount of control in the future for the past to not be a fucking mad house of travelers setting up shop in the past and living their best lives taking advantage of us rubes.

NIDS (Bigelow's group) labeled whatever they were dealing with as a "sentient, precognitive, non-human intelligence" due to its ability to always be a step ahead of their plans and continually fuck with equipment.
It's like something is on the outside looking in and doesn't experience time the same way we do but it can interact with us and sometimes seems to enjoy screwing with our attempts to detect/explain it. |

Concepts like that can sure bake your noodle, OP.
And, having seen several unexplainable things myself, I look up every single time I take out my pups to do their business. Usually, I don't see anything, but last night I saw an "orange orb" up and just disappear. Seeing them isn't all that unusual. Having one simply vanish was. |

Noticed it was very bright to the East at about 40° up and then it flashed dark and was back. I'm guessing a bat flew near me blocking the view for the fraction of a second it was dark but it was weird. Little cold for bats but I don't know what else would be flying, I didn't get out my bat translator (25-70kHz divided down to 100-20kHz to hear them talking through a speaker) since it was chilly out and activity really dropped off the past couple weeks. July and August were peak for listening to how noisy the bats are. On that topic: Bat Sounds Between Frequency Division (maintains pitch changes) vs Heterodyne (Maintains amplitude and narrower range pitch changes) A direct sampling to "get both" is a bit spendy DSP item instead of something to build with $10 in parts with most of it being enclosure. |
