It was a fairly weak lineup as hot peppers go.
3 jalapeños, 2 serranos, and 2 habaneros and a shot of habanero hot sauce to finish. First one to slam down the shot glass won.  |

Yeah that's pretty mild line up, with the 350 K haberano being the hottest one. I can get those down, it's the scorpion peppers that light my mouth on fire.
To my benefit, no matter how much I get the mouth burn, I must have a stomach pH of about 11, as I never have any "later and sitting" issues. |
