| I'm looking for the same thing. I have a mix of current and potentially new monitors and PC's.. and it seems there is also a mix of HDMI & DP to consider too. |

CKLau KVM I've been using one daily for two years to switch my main monitor. I added a second for my second monitor instead of going with the dual option. It has EDID which tricks your PC into thinking the monitor is always connected. It speeds up switching by a huge factor. |

As opposed to regular KVMs that switch on/off, with associated lag, and OS seeing disconnects, etc., these grab the digital IDs from the devices you have hooked up, and present those to the computers you're using... so you can switch back and forth, and the computer hardware and OS are none the wiser. Shoot, you can be screen-sharing on one PC, playing video games on the other, switching back and forth. |

Protecting privacy will come at a cost. Use encrypted email (Proton), messaging (Signal), and password manager (KeepassXC). Use a vetted VPN only!, Social media is mind poison.
