Fucking horrible, not much else to say
|

I enjoyed it for what it was. Really not that different from the first two. I laughed and was satisfied.

Really? I honestly thought it would Keanu’s magnum opus. It looked to have so much promise, maybe even be the Casablanca or Gone with the Wind of our generation.

i’ve never watched any of them because they’ve all looked fucking horrible

Quoted: i’ve never watched any of them because they’ve all looked fucking horrible View Quote They're like Ghostbusters, in that the first one is great and can be watched repeatedly. The second one has it's moments, but also a bunch of extra gimmicky shit that the first one didn't have, and... meh. |

But Bill & Ted had their world changing song at the end of Bogus Journey. Remember, they get on stage, all the world's tv stations are broadcasting them, they realize they don't know how to play, go into the future two years to learn to play, come back from the future with baby Bill and baby Ted, and belt out KISS "God Gave Rock & Roll To You".

I need to watch it. I was the apostle St Peter for my 1/2 second of fame,

The first movie was endearing.
Second was unnecessary. Third one looks like an abomination. |

I know Alex Winter (since we were in HS), and that’s just not true. He doesn’t give a fuck about acting roles or starring in movies. Never did. |

I'd like to see it solely for nostalgia.
The first two were not very good movies, and have aged poorly. |

I'm looking forward to watching this tonight with my kids. We are planning on watching all 3 back to back to back. But if you went into a Bill & Ted film expecting anything, that's totally on you haha.

Well, you watched Bill and Ted. Stop whining, you asked for it.
Never go into that sort of "Humor", along with Seinfeld, Sandler, or a host of "Funny" people. Sandler is alright when he wants to be, but one of the few. |
|
Are you under the impression the first two movies were some how magnificent examples of cinematic artwork?
|
|
The trailer looked terrible but the reviews rolling in say that it’s alright, which is a surprise.
I’ll see it as I like Keanu. |
|
|
I thought it was ok, about on par with the other 2, which were not cinematic masterpieces themselves.
People have too high expectations for everything these days |
|
Keanu was due for a shitty movie lol.. Pretty sure he just agreed to it to get his costar back into the light... I hope nobody actually thought this movie was going to be decent...

I dont think anyone went into this aspiring for an Emmy. It will have some laughs, it will rehash old jokes, and will provide a smirk or too.Me and the boy just prepped for it by watching the originals. I could use something mindless to watch.

He went to NYU to study film making. Made some cool short movies stuff as a student (look up "Squeal of Death"). Then he dropped out, because he didn't need the degree to learn how to do it. Never wanted to be an actor. Directed tons of commercials, movies, and music videos. |

He even sent me a signed headshot of him in makeup from Freaked back in the day. |

I would of thought they would of made another 'Wayne's World' before making that.

I was already thinking hard pass based on the commercials and trailers. First of all, Keanu has been rocking the full beard for so long, that it’s messed up to see him clean shaven. Plus, he’s so identified now with being an action star, that he’s not believable as an old stoner dude. Finally, the first movie was very much a product of the time, and things that were funny back then just aren’t funny now. I’d like to think it’s wasn’t just a cash grab, maybe made more for the fans, but I can’t see many people who were around for the first movie really pushing for the continuation of the story.
