I'm going to guess that the cop at least believed he was going to be dragged to his death if he didn't get the driver to stop whatever it was they were doing. But as far as I can tell the cops have so far failed to explain why somebody got shot. |

What I keep hearing is that the process for legal citizenship is far more expensive than any of us know, far more time consuming than any of us know. It's one of the reasons that people who have completed the process are so hostile toward people who get here without going through the process. |
