Dicked around and made numerous poor decisions in their public statements about specific types or definitions of how braces would be viewed in context to the rules. They are attempting to clean up their mistake by allowing everyone that has them a grace period to come into compliance as they see it. Stop reading shit into it that simply is not there. It had lost no lead in 150 years and had only been exposed during heavy rains that had washed a gully in my driveway. Here in VA, where most of the Civil War was fought, and a good part of the Revolution, there are still tons and tons of undiscovered relics in the ground after people have been looking for them for at least a century. |
