Identify movie I saw in 1998 (Page 1 of 6)

Okay, this movie opens up with on step mom having sex with a her step son in the south Western .U.S. .then he catches them and they flee with the somn's friend, then then step mom has sex with the son's friend and they fight.

The a back story with a biker sets a a trap to kill a guy and decapitates him. The other people meet him and he has sex with the woman and then he dies of a heart attack.

This then sets off a chain a events I'm Mexico where the original three set off the find the mans head for a bounty, a long the the way the two friends get locked up in Mexico and the girls strippers friends get the loose.

After all is said and done, they found the people that wanted the bounty for the head that the biker killed.
Then tracially the two friends get killed in a car wreck at the end.

I forat saw this film on the spring. On 1998 on HBO 2.

Does anybody have any idea what this is?
