I remember when this happened and watched the video where the guy used slurs while beating him. He had mental health issues and tested positive for Covid and was being housed in a nursing home which is why his clothes are a bit shabby because he does not work there. I also remember this because it supposedly took place in New York because Cuomo forced covid people to be housed wherever he could and that it wasn't just an outrage that this man had been beaten so severely but also because why would you house covid people with the elderly who are more vulnerable than anyone else to covid.

No. That second "4" in your second line is actually in the denominator and could also be be written as "1/4" if you're going to divide the "20/5" first and then multiply.

You can't magically make a denominator a numerator just because it's retard math.
