Stop trying to defend murderers. Chauvin continued to keep him pinned for 2 full minutes after being informed he had no pulse. Regardless of the cause of George Floyd's cardiac arrest, Chauvin is 100% guilty of culpable negligence (2nd Degree Manslaughter) and acting without regard to human life (3rd Degree Murder), and is right where he belongs. I agree. Off. Chauvin (SP?) should have gotten some charge of failing to provide aid or some BS NOT murder of manslaughter. But in today's Amerika, if a black person dies in your custody, care or control you bought it regardless if they were trying to kill you or they just swallowed 2lbs of fentanyl. |
