I have never used it here and don't do anything similar in the real world. One's political or whatever persuasion doesn't preclude them from meaningful contributions.................. and echo chambers are boring. |

Also, I don't use it because the commies and trolls are obvious and after a few years here I pretty much know them by SN or avatar.
I rarely engage with them but I will still read what they post most times. It just reminds me of how truly proper screwed we are. |

I still click on the grey bar to read them so I don’t really use it as an ignore feature. It lets you take a note on the user to remember why they are a douche.

I ignored TheRealGhurkaDin for the SOLE reason that it would highlight his threads for me. After drawing my attention, I could then go into the thread and shitpost "THEREALGHURKADUPE" and then unsubscribe |

I’ve never used it. I’d much rather have a highlight user function similar to the highlighted OP function, but one where I can give certain poster’s different colors. Commies can get red. For example. Bullshit posters brown. Maybe green for those who tend to speak wisely. Not ignoring someone just an idea what you might expect from that poster. I’d like it as much to highlight people of knowledge as much as commies and trolls.
