Agree.  The diet thing you sort of adapt to, as long as the calories are there.

I ran a PR in the half and in a 10 miler on 125 net carbs a day and 50g of fat.  Calories and taper were on point before each race, though.  I think riding out the summer on Reta, sticking to slow long runs will be my best bet.  I used to be able to do a 10 or 12 mile run at a 8:30 pace in cool weather before Reta.  Now i cant, with the heat and everything else.  However, yesterday i ran 11 miles with most of that in the high 9's and low 10's and felt great.  Im just going to go after time on feet and do what i can to keep the long runs in that 90-120 minute range until it cools down and i can go hard again.

ETA, for reference, im a newbie runner, not fast.  1hr 50 for the half, 1 hr 18 for the 10 miler.

That's honestly pretty good for a newb.  I've been doing this for 4 years now - waited until pretty late in life to get started.  I think you'll be fine with that plan based on my experience.

Great. Thanks. I thought I read where once you open it, you should refrigerate that as well.

There is absolutely no reason not to refrigerate bacteriostatic water. There is zero negative. There is also not much upside; Yes the lower storage temperature decreases the rate of multiplication of any microbial contaminants, but it is literally a solution designed around its bacteriostatic properties, there should be effectively nil microbial growth even if contaminated.

Finally, the medical use before disposal timelines have nothing to do with actual reality. Most people are fine to use until empty.

Large majority of people do refrigerate it.  There's zero reason not to.  That's what makes this thread so fun, you never know what you're gonna read for "Do's and Don't's" lol

I store unopened BAC dark and at room temp. Opened goes in the fridge. I've had opened Hospira last well over "28 days" and have had zero issues with reconstitution.

Have any of you tried CJC-1295 and Tesamorelin on separate occasions? If so, did you find Tesamorelin more effective and/or worth the added cost over CJC?

I’ve taken wildly overpriced Sermorelin off and on for a long time through my doctor/Empower pharmacy and never really felt any obvious effects. It might have helped with a cranky shoulder but I was also taking Oxandrolone around the time it seemed to heal.

I started Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin last Friday and have slept better than I have in years. I’m sleeping around 6 hours and wake up on my own without an alarm and feeling great. Before, even on Sermorelin, I would sleep 8+ hours, wake up from the alarm, and still feel tired at times.

I’m inclined to stick with Tesa/Ipa for future orders, but am just curious if I should try CJC/Ipa in the future.

I have considered Tesa but have been using the cheaper CJC1295 no dac. My primary reason is to give more pulse to help with some shoulder tendon stuff. I got a lot of improvement with a kit of bpc/tb4, and started faster improvement with the cjc/ipa combo. Strength training, isometric stretching, and some grey market peptides had my shoulders feeling like they did in 2015.

Is there a consensus on cycle time for cjc/ipa? I think I read somewhere that two months is optimal?

I've dropped a lot of fat since I quit drinking this past January and got back into martial arts. I'd like to see if I can optimize a little more and build more muscle.

At 46 years old my joints are starting to act up and I've got some muscle strains that just won't heal 100% so would cjc/ipa help with that as well or should I look at bpc/tb500?

Thank you

Someone more knowledgeable than me is sure to chime in but for what it’s worth here’s what I know.

What I have seen is 8-12 weeks for GHRH stuff.

For me I find I get great recovery while using both. Recovery is decent while on either one alone but together its pretty impressive. Could just be placebo effect, I need to see if my IGF has gone up from the last 8 weeks or so.

One thing I am interested in hearing about is why cycle this stuff when HGH is just a daily all the time. I know the reason is said to be receptor sensitivity but I am curious if the receptors really desensitize as claimed or if its just old habits. I say that because Tesamorelin (basically Egrifta) is 26 weeks to a full year extension.

I am planning on buying NXP-3P from Nexaph or Peptide Partners. I have never done any peptides or test or anything injectable before so I know nothing.

I want to drop ~50lbs. At 1.5lbs per week that should be around 33 weeks, let's assume 7 weeks for slow progress. So the amount of Reta needed would be approximately what?

I read people do 0.5mg for a week, 1mg for a week, 2 for 4 weeks, then stay there or increase until weight loss to target

So 40 weeks, 3mg/week - order 120mg.

Is that right? Then how do I get the setup to actually inject myself ?

Will it still be good if I order 40 weeks supply in one go?

really know nothing hit getting pointed in the right direction would be really helpful

I know I need a certain type of water, 32 or 34 gauge needles, alcohol wipes... but I need to piece everything together bc I don't really know

I'll try to help you out since no one's replied yet. I'm not a Dr. or an expert but I've done a lot or research and was on Reta for about 6 months with great results. As for how much you need for 33-40 weeks, that's impossible to answer. It all depends on what effective dose you land at. My wife is at 1.5mg weekly and it is working well for her. Towards the end of my time on Reta, I got up to 8mg and had less weight to loose than her, so the dose you need is very individual. Obviously you'll need less if whatever dose works for you is lower. I'd start with a 10 or 12mg kit (10 vials). A vial of 10mg will last for 5 weeks if you are using 2mg per weeks. Guidelines on how long you can leave a vial reconstituted have a large range. On the safer end its 30 days, but most people use them for much longer, up to 3 months. As long as you use proper sterile practices, the worst that happens is the peptide looses slight efficacy over long periods like that. The point is that you don't want to order vials that are too large, more than what you can use within that time. Start at 1mg (or .5mg if you want to be even safer) per week. Up your dose every 2 to 4 weeks dependent on how you feel. If you get hit with side effects, keep the current dose till your body adapts. If the drug is working and you're loosing weight 1-2lbs per week stay at that dose unless over time weight loss slows, then go up 1mg at a time.

You'll need insulin needles (31 gauge 8mm long is good) and bacteriostatic (BAC) water (only get Hospira brand).

Hope this helps.

This is super helpful! So:
10mg kit covers me for 100mg, or 50 weeks at 2mg, 33 weeks at 3

I get 10 vials. The vials only begin to degrade once I reconstitute them with Hospira BAC water. Then I inject subcutaneously once week

Insulin needles, clean the vial when pulling with alcohol wipes, store in the fridge and avoid if cloudy

Anything else major to watch out for? I'll do some more research but this sounds simpler than expected which is nice

Ok I bought:
- 12mg x 10 vials NXP-3P from Nexaph.com
- 30mL x 6 vials of Hospira BAC water from peptidetest.com
- sharps container
- alcohol wipes
- 31ga 1CC Easy Touch 5/16" needles
- 23ga 3mL 1" needle for reconstituting

Still need:
Anything else?

My understanding:
I reconstitutes a vial and keep it for 4 weeks, storing it in a fridge. What size needle do you guys use to reconstitute your peptides? A 1mL 31g needle or another size?

The rest are left as powders in my freezer. I reconstitute the next vial when the previous runs out

Avoid cloudy BAC water or peptide vials

Wipe vials off before and after each time w a rubbing alcohol wipe

Wipe spot of injection with wipe

Am I missing anything? Any good videos on reconstituting peptides?

Yes that's all correct. Keep reconstituted vials refrigerated. The vials that aren't reconstituted don't have to be refrigerated but it is recommended for long term storage to freeze them. Avoid subjecting the vials to multiple freeze thaw cycles though. Clean the rubber stopper on both the BAC water and the peptide vial when reconstituting as well as your injection site (I just use 1 alcohol pad for everything).

That should be all you need. Honestly, I just reconstitute with a 1mL syringe and use the same syringe to inject. I've used smaller syringes to reconstitute larger vials that require drawing BAC water multiple times and then using it to inject. The needle can get a little dull if you do that but maybe I'm just not a pansy about it .

One thing to note, check the COA (certificate of analysis) from Nexaph. Most of their vials are overfilled a bit so your 12mg will probably actually have 14mg in it. You'll want to reconstitute considering what is actually in the vial (probably 14mg). The recommended way to reconstitute is divide the amount of peptide (say 14mg) by 10 which equals 1.4 - that's how much BAC water you inject into the vial, 1.4mL (140 units on the insulin needle). So if you use a 1mL needle, you can draw a full 100 units of BAC, inject that into the peptide vial, then draw another 40 units of BAC and inject it into the vial. At that point, I don't withdraw the needle, just swirl it around with the needle still in the rubber stopper until everything dissolves, then draw my dose into the same needle and inject. If you reconstitute this way then every 10 units on the needle will equal 1mg of peptide. It makes it easy to dose and remember how much to draw every week. You can keep the reconstituted vial for longer than 4 weeks, some people stretch it to 12 weeks but it depends on what you're comfortable with. If you start on 1mg for 4 weeks then go to 2mg for 5 weeks, that would finish a vial with 14mg in it so 9 weeks (less time if you dose up faster than every 4 weeks).

You're the man for helping me out on this! Also you're spot on - the COA was something along the lines of 14ish mg

It's hilarious - they were downrated by finnrick for being slightly above the 'what you're buying' amount.

I will be doing exactly the titration you're recommending, 1mg for 4, 2mg for 5, and seeing where it goes from there. Really it's just watching out for cloudiness in the vial and if it's not cloudy I am fine, right?

I am excited to start this. Thank you for the guidance

Something to note with the titration schedule -- everyone responds differently.

Im on week 3 of the 3mg step, using 1 mg per month steps.  It has done absolutely nothing to my hunger, period.  However, the day after my first injection of 1 mg, my blood glucose came down by a daily average of 10 mg/dl, which is huge.  I closely monitor my blood glucose via cgm because im a T2 diabetic, so i know that Reta is the real deal.  I had excellent glucose (by 'beetus standards) to begin with -- A1C of 5.2, so its just proof of how effective this drug really is.  However, i only have 10-15 lbs of fat im really interested in losing, so im not the best candidate to test the weightloss / hunger abatement aspects.  Im also a runner, so i burn a bunch of calories and build alot of hunger due to these temporary deficits.

A guy at work whos 125-150 lbs overweight started it when i did and went from 2mg to 4mg, same batch of Reta.  It has destroyed his hunger.  He is losing lots of weight.

So what im saying is, titrate solely based on efficacy and your tolerance of the side effects.  You need roughly 4 weeks of injections on a 6 day cycle to meet max serum concentrations at any given step, so dont judge your current step until youve hit week 3 or 4.  That also allows acclimation to side effects.

Just something to think about.

Do any of the suppliers have a relatively decent turnaround on ship time? As a 45-year-old active guy I've been entertaining getting into peptides for a while now but haven't pulled the trigger, and I just destroyed my knee two days ago. I haven't even gotten it looked at yet but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a torn meniscus, or worse. I need to wait for the swelling to go down before I get it looked at by a specialist, but in any case I want to get some peptides into my system ASAP to work towards recovery.

Nexaph seems like a decent go to for materials but they mentioned something about longer ship times at the top of their site. Just wondering what others are seeing for ship times from other legit suppliers.

Eta: I'm thinking that the Wolverine stack seems pretty obvious for the injury, but any recommendations for what I should be taking, not just for the injury but for overall well-being?

As I leg press while being fat on peptides with bad knees and scoliosis.

Eli Lily is starting to sue reta peptide distributors.  I read that they have filed at least 6 lawsuits across CA and TX.  The above is one of them, directly targeting peptide sellers.

That's a terrible idea. You don't want healing to start and scar tissue to develop if things need to be reattached/surgery. Make your order, but don't start until you know if you're getting surgery or not. If you get surgery, wait 1-2 weeks before starting GH or BPC/TB

That's why it would behove people who want to use these things and not get cut off to learn how to buy from overseas/non-clearnet retailers and how to use non-KYC crypto. Because the day is coming where the DOJ will seize websites, and no payment processor will work to include P2P like Zelle/Cashapp. And then they'll be forced to learn. Mr DOJ man

Anyone have any experience with the compounds geared more towards sleep and circadian rhythm improvement?

DSIP, Epithalon, Selank, and Tesamorelin?

I’ve had MDD and OCD since I was a young teen, and my sleep stage durations have always suffered, in addition to sleep latency and time to fall asleep.

Lemborexant/Dayvigo. Orexin antagonist. No dependency or tolerance issues vs older generation sleep drugs and the z-drugs/hypnotic class.

Thanks, I check it out!

How difficult is it to find a PCP who will consider prescribing it? Looks like it’s a controlled substance (because of course it is. )

I'm about 4 months ahead of you with what you've got planned. I started at .5 because I was fine with the long haul and didn't want to deal with side effects. I definitely started feeling symptoms of being tired once I was up to 3mg per week. I'm now at 4 per injection, have lost around 35ish pounds, and will hold at 4 until I stop losing. I have slowed down a bit with how much I'm losing, but I am still losing. Watch what you eat and how much of it you're eating so you dont feel nauseous.

If they're up on the learning curve they'll be aware it has far lower/no abuse potential compared to the classics like Ambien. If you've never taken any z-drugs, you could preface the conversation with the PCP with "despite a lifetime of sleep issues, I've never bothered with asking for sleep drugs because I heard about the side effects and dependency. But I hear this one is much better"

Pre-Ban Reta?

No, I"m sure there'll be a run on US based resellers due to panic buys....then prices will get jacked up...small time resellers will fold because they're scared...grey market will turn full black market...Corner boys will be selling Reta in the suburbs

Medex - clean em out, I'm still using the case I bought last year

Ordered 30mg Reta x2  from Pep Lair on 8-13 got it today 8-20.
I am going to reconstitute with 3ml of Hospira so that 10 units =1mg  (keep it simple stupid).
I was wondering, In the peptides that are a lot more volume do they come in a bigger bottle such as KLOW comes in 80mg if I wanted to mix that so 10units =1mg I would need 8ml of water , that definitely wouldn't fit in a 3ml bottle.

Thanks to everyone in this thread for all the advice and direction. my Dr. charges me 200$ for 12mg of Reta and 10 syringes. This 100$ order alone will save me 900$.

Doomer fear mongering rumor mill PSA.
Last month it was GH, 2 weeks ago itnwas KPV, (both still easily available). Now rumors are TB and BPC might be going away on the CN side. These are usually temporary, but.....

This could also be a marketing sales generating tactic.  However as an Arfcommer, paranoid ,  we all know salad days have a limited lifespan.

I’ve been sketched out about ordering from overseas ever since a package of mine with ~$750 worth of meds (nothing restricted or scheduled) was seized and destroyed by US Customs approximately 5-6 years ago.

I was *pissed*. I had ordered from the same company once before and had zero isssues.

I just can’t afford to lose that kind of money right now.
