I really admire that and why I try to contribute, vs. how much hate we could otherwise feel.  Things are always difficult like that, when human nature is involved.

Maybe he should have lived there (probably not old enough to have stuck his neck out that far)
He might have a different take now.
He should probably also see what the many commie blacks from the US that went to the USSR came to think of their decision

Is that current, or dated?  How can you tell which are which, since they're all rolling hunks of shit?

Interesting that Terminators are mentioned as being built.  Seem to be shitty on paper when compared to a "tank", but seem downright terrifying when used as a form of IFV or support vehicle along with a tank.

Not "nothing", they do have those petal-looking sheets on the turret, which are probably for pre-detonating HEAT or RPG rounds. You can only add so much to the turret before whatever is moving it (electric or hydraulic motor) simply can't keep up, or it gets so out of balance that it won't rotate when you want it to (or at all).

Much easier to beef up the hull armor, because it doesn't have any moving bits.

I was messing around on eBay and recognized the background in the listing I was looking at and searched until I figured out why I recognized it.  Hard to believe no one else recognized it for what it was:  A piece of a well publicized (on both sides) shoot down.

It appears we have the first sighting of a new Russian T-62 modernization in the combat zone - a so-called "T-62M obr. 2022".

Tanks of this model received a new 1PN96MT-02 thermal sight instead of the old optics however even ERA wasn't installed.

Since we are talking about radar:

(Haven’t see this here but maybe it occurred early on). Russian “Duga” (arch) radar installation in Ukraine.  Massive ionoshpere-reflecting radar to detect ICBMs.  Sister installation in Amur to look eastward towards the western US.  Now inside the Chernobyl exclusion zone and rotting away.  Had a direct power cable from the nuclear plant to energize it.

Excellent work from

Nothing passes here... but the russians drive into these minefields again and again and again and again...
