It was the diesel generators failing that killed Fukushima. The tidal wave got theses and basically killed the plant.

Russian Telegram channels are reporting that a standard munition will now be manufactured by defense industry in large quantities for FPV drones. Standardizing munition was one of the biggest issues faced by Russian FPV pilots and volunteers.
