In the time it took you to post this thread you could have read the ingredient list on the side of the box.

Doesn’t matter.  White rice has effectively no nutritional value except as a starch.
Chinese and Central Americas have been able survive on it because they are able to supplement it with a little meat, vegetables, and fruit.

I don't think there's anything cheaper than rice in this world that you can legally eat aside from "cellulose"...
And even then it's a close competition.

It's low grade rice that even a novice sushi chef would throw out.

Also, reality is for people without imaginations.

Also also, reality is overrated.

Wild rice is not rice, it's a grass seed.

Spam is real pig.

From the wiki

Spam's main ingredients are pork shoulder and ham,[3] with salt, water, modified potato starch (as a binder), sugar, and sodium nitrite (as a preservative).

If the FDA requires ingredients to be listed in order of quantity why isn't salt first?

Rice and vermicelli. And salt.

Yes and no. It has rice and pasta in it. It is one of those foods you find at the bottom of the barrel, next to the Minute Rice. You can fix better and healthier food from scratch.

I would use a mix of Brown rice, Wild rice, and Orzo.

Rice and vermicelli.

We like the Spanish rice.  Not authentic at all, but good once in a while.

Back in the dark ages the wife and I ate plenty of it when we were young and broke.

I love pan fried pork chops and Rice A Roni to this day.
