Is it wrong that when I hear him say 100 mil. I automatically think 90 mil for rebuilding and 10 mil for him personally. But after all the hands it's got to go though.... KBR/Halliburton, and then they will sub contract the actual work out... plus donations to both sides of the isle. There will only probably be 3 mill or so of rebuilding/aid that actually goes to the Palestinians. That's why the numbers have to be so big, so many hands in the cookie jar. Anything is just a excuse to line there own pockets at this point.
