Did the citizens of Minneapolis cede security on public streets to rally organizers and who ever claim to be their security personnel?

Does a citizen using a public roadway have to obey commands or have their freedom of movement curtailed by people not appointed by them or people they have elected and as part of some lawful purpose?  

The blocking of public streets in so called protest was a trend a few years ago.  It is now looked at as a legitimate action in some jurisdictions.  When someone gets hurt badly by these "security personnel" like the black kid killed (and others injured) by "security" (in reality masked gunmen who still haven't been identified or investigated) at the CHAZ/CHOP maybe the Genie will finally be forced back into the bottle.

Subsequently, a grenade was thrown into my room, and I quickly moved to the hallway of the shelter. The grenade exploded, and it took me a while to recover.

Somehow, I ventured out towards the room, only to see a Molotov cocktail thrown at me. The mattress ignited, and I began to panic. At one point, I managed to regain control and thought, 'It's better if the house burns down, and I reach the shelter.'

I returned to the shelter and shouted to my wife to open the door. She couldn't believe I was alive. After several minutes, she finally opened the door, and fortunately, the fire had been extinguished. An hour or two later, they returned to my house, fired shots at the shelter door from a distance, likely retrieved the terrorist's body, and then set the house ablaze."

You can not destroy an ideology.  Even if you kill every last person who believes it (which is near impossible because not everyone tells you truthfully what they believe) you would have to erase all recordings and memory of it.

Never going to happen.  Best case you remove everyone who overtly says they believe, and rewrite history to make it an unattractive ideology with no modern draw.  Which is also never going to happen... but one can dream.
