The whole quantum effect of particle/wave and singularity. Anytime one changes, another must change so that only probabilities can be given along with trends that are so ingrained they are known to expand in a certain way but not specifically this or that information. His twin other future-self made a long post about how new worldlines forking was impossible. On this line he read it at what his own past self observed, so he erased it. Time travel be all whack.
