Adidas does a lot of collabs and I'm not really bothered that this exists, just that the marketing is telling me to celebrate a country that doesn't exist like I'm supposed to break out the Kwanzaa candles.

I'm surprised it wasn't Yellow, Red and Green (back in the late '80s the kids were wearing silhouettes of Africa in those colors with yellow (a substitute for gold) standing for the wealth of the continent, red for the blood and green for its fertility. I'd ask the kids to name ten African nations. About the only one they could name was South Africa.
