Some years ago, I had a problem with a mod here on ARF that is supposedly an attorney. That "attorney" could not grasp the concept of an FFL being allowed to function as both a licensee and a private individual, per ATF regs. In order to get my account unlocked, I had to agree to never sell anything on the EE ever again. Did not leave a positive impression.

Short version: I was told that an FFL cannot sell personal property on the EE without a business account.
