Velveta isn't cheese, it is "processed cheese food" or something like that. It is a cooked dairy product. Cheese is created using a more drawn out process that has been around for centuries.

Kerry Gold is made from milk from cows raised on my ancestral family farms, on both sides. They eat only grass and silage, with no antibiotics. It is better than anything you can get, price v. quality. I buy mine at Costco.

I like the better quality butters as well. They do have a better taste. Just like grass fed beef tastes better than normal grocery store bullshit
