He will never spend a day in jail or prison. Now that he is the President Elect, they are too scared to push this shit any further because they know it would expose themselves to scrutiny which will lead to exposing the ones that had them pull these stupid stunts. Right now, they are all scrambling to cover their tracks.
Had he not won the election, yes, they would have continued to go after him. |

 MLK Nelson Mandella and  Ghandi imprisoning your political enemies doesn't always go the way you planned. his Kangaroo selective convictions was not a good play. Machiavelli 101 - you either fully take down your potential threat - or you buy him cookies. You don't Spit in his eye and send him on his way with a clear understanding and motivation of who treated him unjustly and needs to be destroyed - that is the wrong play. |

A state can't bring the president or the president-elect before a state court period
It's a violation of federal supremacy If they try it the SS will tell them to piss off and Trumps lawyers along with other state Attorney Generals will go the supreme court for a ruling. We settled all this with a Civil War. South Carolina attacking Fort Sumter was a clear violation of federal supremacy. But don't worry because they know this and won't do anything. |
