Life member strat81 has passed on (Page 1 of 2)

With apologies for the delay in posting this, our friend and well-known member strat81 passed away in mid-November. He was here with us on AR15.com for 13 of his 39 years, a full third of his well-lived life, and he was universally liked by all who knew him, both on the board, and in real life. He was always an active part of this brotherhood we call arfcom, happy to help with accounting questions, his other passions, and sharing his vast knowledge with everyone who asked. While I never had the pleasure of meeting Richard in person, he always struck me as a stand-up guy who put others before himself. He left a wife and two young children, and we all mourn with them. His obituary can be read here Godspeed strat. To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die. You will be missed, but not forgotten.
