Thread name changed. I figured they would tie in Ukraine this season. Jumping right into action. Anyone notice when Cody swapped to a Genesis shotgun to deal with the drones? I also was wondering about the Spear rifles they carry. assuming 5.56? they sure do drop bad guys with armor with them... |

The only logical thing I could think of was maybe the offset optic worked better when canting the rifle around the corners often encountered in trenches? For you guys that dont like it, can you maybe list better military/action shows? Lioness is not without flaws but its still a fun watch. Are you guys old enough to remember STRIKE BACK? The line about WW1 meets Star Wars (talking about combat in Ukraine) was pretty good. The drone swarm (correct or not) was exciting and a bit of OH shit Im glad Im not there. |

Is it the best show, no, but its way better than other stuff out right now. There just really isn't great shows out right now. |

I'm actually friends with the woman who was the show's inspiration. The first thing she told me about the show was, Hollywood did Hollywood shit to the actual facts. Those woman wouldn't accomplish a damn thing within the community with that kind of attitude. The actual woman was one of the most interesting people I've ever met. |

I enjoyed the first episode of season three. The whole premise of the series is to recruit women to do dangerous undercover work that couldn't be done by a male. Sometimes two tits and a pussy can get you into places where two balls and a cock can't. I don't know about season three because I have only seen one episode but that was the premise of the first two seasons. |

First two eps of season three are better than anything from the first two seasons. Be interesting to see if they can keep it up. The show is far from perfect but in a world of reality tv, karaoke shows and general horseshit it is somewhat entertaining. Pro tip: Fast forward anytime Saldana's kids or husband come on screen. You miss nothing and it makes the show more enjoyable. |

As a MP and civilian Cop Ive worked with my share of females. Many were useless in a fight but a few, especially the smaller ones were Wolverines. Some were lesbians and some werent. I didnt care as long as they did their job. We knew who were the good ones and the ones you didnt want on your calls. Yep some of the HOT ones found a way to get the cake eater M-F daywork jobs; but at least they werent fucking up on the road making more work for the rest of us I watched one female (maybe 150lbs with her gear) officer get tossed when she was trying to cuff a guy (picture a 300lb biker). He was kicking my ass and the next thing I knew she was on his back choking him out and doing a good job ripping off his ear. That girl had fight in her. I watched another calmly return fire with the brick wall she was using for chipping away from incoming rounds. That being said many most were useless in a fight (so were a bunch of the guys) and were pure DEI hires well before DEI So I dont care. The shows world politics fits my view. The lesbians seem to pull their weight, the gun play and weapons are good and the show is enjoyable. |
