I haven't followed all of this but I'm curious if you are working out a lot? If so, you are fitting a pattern I've noticed and the numbing isn't anything to be too alarmed about. Check the BP, that's what would go awry if you are in trouble.

TRT can have a tendency to increase red blood cells, which is why many guys give blood regularly when on TRT. There is a an apheresis process that works even better if you are one of the unlucky that can't maintain iron levels with the donation frequency necessary. On paper it wouldn't sound like the answer but it really does work great.

Thanks for the encouragement.

I started in June. Third doc was an Endo and said no. Going back to my second doc (my GP). He was willing to start we'll see.

I posted in here a couple of weeks ago a story about picking my mom up from the hospital and then going to the pharmacy to get her pain pills.  I went to this small pharmacy, kinda like a mom and pop store.  So as I am about to pass the hand written script to this like 70 plus year old pharmacist, I asked, "Let me get this straight:  it is easier to get oxycontin than testosterone cypionate?"

He looked at me right in the eyes and said "Yes, it sure is!".  Then he took two steps over, reached up and grabbed a small box off an open shelf. That small box was something I recognized easily.  It contained a vial of test cyp.

For a split second, I had thoughts of just reaching across the counter and snatching it out of his hand, then just running out the door.

I told him the run around I had been getting for years, and that when I finally did get a script for it, it was on a special DEA computer printer paper that I then had to hand carry to Walgreens.  The endo couldn't just call in the script over the phone.

So he was nice enough to go into his computer and he started rattling off a few local docs who had prescribed test cyp and then their patients came to that pharmacy to get it filled.

So that would be my advice:  go to some pharmacy, and politely ask if they have filled test cyp scripts, and which doctors wrote it.  Take down their names, and then tactfully call those doctor offices.

EDIT:  just as a historical side note, I have been dealing with this since before 2004.  I have seen two urologists, two endos, and my regular GP.  One urologist had kielbasa like fingers.  Yes, fingers.  I didn't feel right for like 3 days after that.  Having learned my lesson with the first uro, the second uro happened to be an oriental woman.

The whole run around....It pisses me right the fuck off.

EDIT#2:  I don't know if you have seen the movie Limitless, but for me, that first and only vial of test cyp I went through, it was a lot like that.  The mental clarity or sharpness I had was absolutely amazing.  I had gumption, motivation, and ambition.  Never was my house and truck cleaner.  This was at a time when I was tinkering with fabricating steel targets on the side.  I came up with ideas and drew up sketches of future target projects that might even be worth patenting.

This is a great idea for guys who can't find a doc who knows what hes doing.
I would add, ask the pharmacist who also prescribes arimidex & HCG too?

It's been written here many times to also ask your lady who draws blood for the PrivateMD tests.

All this said, and reading comp being what it is...

I expect fewer than a handful of folks will benefit from this...

And next week the rest will be asking the same tired questions.

There is data that says long term actions like you describe can harm T levels, not quickly though in a healthy male.
There would have to be other health issues contributing to low T for it to fall from drinking and lack of sleep.
They did that study on 25 males in college , drinking heavily, lack of sleep from staying up days on end studying, no big drop in T.
To get a healthy Males T down below the lowest normal range to fail a T test from drinking and sleep deprived is no east task, there are drugs that can do it but aside form drugs ?

I don't think there are too may guys with natural T production at 1500 level by the way.

These places are doing nothing but adding to the bad rap that low t treatment gets, but sadly they are the only or best option for some of us that can't afford a felony for just taking care of ourselves.  A lot of guys have had t levels in excess of 1500 for all their adult lives and suddenly drop to 500 and feel like shit, they are getting fucked. A lot of guys that have never seen a t level of 600 are going in to get a shot because they can't deal with being middle aged.

I wish we'd just do like a lot of countries I've lived and and been to and let it be legal and a personal decision but in any case here is how you can crash t without doing anything illegal:

-Do not sleep. You make that shit while you sleep. Insomnia and sleep apnea have been documented to absolutely destroy your t levels (btw, I'm now pretty sure my undiagnosed apnea did me in).

-Go on a bender for a couple of days. Alcohol wipes out your natty t quickly. Smoke a bunch to really put the finishing touch on.

I don't like the 2nd option at all, but it has been shown to work.
None of that will crash your T instantly, over a period of months maybe or if you have a problem with low T anyway, but not form doing that for a week.
You think if you stayed up 72 hours your T will drop?

Yes, I am pretty sure that it falls rapidly after even one night without sleep. 2 nights and mine is(was) absolutely fucked. I used to have this fucked up cyclical deal with my apnea where I would go for a few days and then eventually pass out face down somewhere and sleep okay. I have a shitload of bloodwork that correlates very strongly to how much I'd slept, like 1500+ to 350 or so. Eventually it just went down into the 100's and stayed there though. I've heard many other guys say they've noticed the same thing. Plenty of guys on the popular steroid abuse sites have used the strategy with success too.

The second option I have not verified personally, but know a few guys who have so I'm passing along 2nd hand info there.

I'm not condoning any of it in general, but I realize there are guys with legit needs that some PC doc's just don't want deal with though...

I think I've read the same studies. I'm not an advocate of any 25yo healthy level guy trying to trick a doc into TRT. I don't think there is anything most young healthy guys can do that would wreck their t levels. I just know that working a double and getting bloods late in the day after has worked for quite a few guys I know who were middle aged and right on the edge of what their crusty old PC would consider normal. I'm talking about a 45yo guy who is getting 300 and the damn doc says, "hey that's normal range".

1500 is freakishly high. I know. I have been accused of abusing AAS most of my adult life and getting TRT was that much more difficult due to my appearance. Just for the record, never touched, nor thought about touching AAS ever until I really had to. Not that I have any moral objection to it, but needles are just my weakness. I fucking hate them. I put off TRT for more than 5 years because I'm a fucking wuss about that, and the fact that now all the people accusing me of juicing can say "haha fucker, look you are juicing you asshole'. Worth it though not to go through the low spots where I couldn't think straight and wanted to murder anything that moved or made noise.

Going back to the GP doc was a bust. I asked my regular pharm who wrote scrips for the above. The gal said she was new and that any doc could prescribe it. There are only three other pharmacies in town. I'll try them tomorrow.

So I am on my third set of testopel. I can't find my original post... but I have had the lowT for several years now and have done the monthly injections at the doctor's office, the weekly injections at home, the daily gel, and now because of insurance issues I am visiting the urologist every 3 months.

First visit went fine, ass was sore for a few days but no biggies. Labs 3 months later showed that I was low normal and he increased the dosage from 10 pellets to 15. Labs last week showed high normal 795. He says that he will continue with the 15 pellets unless the labs come back way off from where I am now.

I like this way better than the other options I have dealt with and feel I am getting better consistent results. I haven't had any issues with the pellets backing out or anything like that.

I went back to LowTStL today to get my results.

My free test was 266.

My estrogen (or estradiol) was 38.

So they have me one teen-y tiny anastrozole (sp?) pill.  Then the test cyp shot (0.7ml).  And then a shot of HCG.

I go back in next Monday for another shot.

I am so happy I went to these folks.

I am due for labs in 5 weeks.  The plan is to have me coming back every week for 90 days .  Then after that they will be shipping the stuff to my house and I'll be back to injecting myself.

It is 52 miles one way to get there.  I have other stops to make while I am there: Hi-Tech ammo, Graf's Reloading, and Cabela's.  This could get expensive.

Oh, yeah, they are going to charge me $180 a month, for now.

They will get you where you need to be. It may take some time if you are unlucky like me and need a very high dose just to get to normal. Everytime I upped mine, it was another 5 weeks then BW. Now it's just every 3 months and it's shipped to the door. Once they watched me for a while they were very cool about letting me up way beyond 200/week but that took a while.

My biggest beef with them is they wanted me to take 1mg adex every week which destroys my E2. Non issue once you are on your own though. I highly recomend finding some research chem place and getting a liquid suspension when you get to that point...if that's an issue for you.

Low dose gel or shots? She always jumping your bones?

Boys have a penis and girls have a vagina.

Not in GD they don't.

How did I miss those responses last night?

She's on low dose gel.  The first month or so it was OK but not great so her doc doubled the dose.  Holy shit it was a mixed bag she was horny mean and growing way too much hair.  So she went back to the original dose for a few weeks.  The mental fog and low energy returned.

At that point I told her to go to 150% of the original dose and she seems to have found her middle ground.  No hair and horny as hell  She literally walked out of the bedroom at 11 PM last night jumped in my lap and said I'm horny.  That never used to happen, she was usually in asleep by 10:30 and never horny at night.

One of the problems none of the docs gave a shit about until this doc was her non existent E2.  It was unmeasurable and her family has a history of osteoporosis.  Things are much better now but still not quite right.    Her thyroid may be off because she's still tired a good bit and has trouble losing weight.  With a family history of low thyroid, I think she still needs to get that fixed.

I'm having a problem convincing my wife to go get checked. She's 8 weeks out from dropping the other crotch fruit and I want to wait until Christmas but she sounds like she's not very interested. I'm good with my insulin needles but I don't think I can be that sneaky....

Took my wife finding a new doctor to even know anything was actually wrong with her.  Her estrogen and testosterone levels were so low the test the doctor had ordered didn't even pick them up.  Was causing lots of other issues as well.  Between her experiences and my own I encourage everyone to go get checked out by a competent doctor.  Neither of us are where we need to be but we are both a lot closer than we used to be.

After pregnancy most docs are going to want her to wait a long time before checking hormones.  My wife had to wait more than 9 months for elective surgery.

I've got a plastic surgeon already on standby by. He said he can make her belly hard enough to bounce a quarter off of it. I told him he's going to need to start at the ankles and go all the way up to the neck.

9 months can't get her soon enough....

It's remarkably cheap when you're paying cash.  The tummy tuck was only about $6500 with some lipo.  Boobs would probably add another $3k.  The wife has had them done twice....I popped the first set

In the Dallas area? I'm closest to Tyler which the price goes up a little since it's very little competition.

Working in a strip club while going to school and then a later owning one in jersey I became almost some sort of expert on boob jobs, when a girl got them done they couldn't wait to show them off, "look at these" -- "touch them , don't they feel real?"

Anyway my thoughts on boob jobs is you really do get what you pay for.

The girls who saved up and went to a high end doc in NYC or who flew out to LA to use a well known Doc there had near perfect boob jobs.

I have seen some that looked pretty good until the bikini top came off and my God they were butchered.
ETA:

Before anyway calls BS on my ownership of a strip club and causes a ruckus in here I'd remind when I was called a liar in GD after that MrClean4hire debacle where he claimed he owned 2 clubs and was a big shot wealthy guy.

I sent 2 different staff members absolute proof of what I said on my Club.

They even went into the thread and stated what I claimed was true on owning a strip club in jersey.

I don't know why people make wild claims on the net, I wish I never bought that club, it cost me 400K when it went under and almost my marriage.

Yes Dallas, if you go west to Ft Worth the price drops even more.  Oddly too much competition in Ft Worth and not enough takers.  I can PM recommendations for 2 different Plastic docs if you need them.

I worked as bouncer in one in college.  You can print money with them in certain areas but everybody hates you from the neighbors to the local government.  I thought about investing in one in DFW and glad I didn't my prospective partner went under shortly after I waived off.   The books according to my accountant didn't smell right.  The cash flow was too consistent was the exact quote, I think.

I had 6000 sq ft to work with, we had a 500 sq ft game room too, I should have kept it a neighborhood bar.

The 2 pool tables alone brought in $800 a week.

We had jello wrestling once , it was a big night but a real mess.

My wife walked into the dressing room and caught a dancer shooting heroin , my wife dragged her out by her hair and threw her out the front door bag & baggage (she had a G string on and a small bikini top) <---dancer not wife LOL)

When I had this place we had to pay the dancers $20 to $25 a set (set =  40 minutes out of every hour)

Now the high end clubs , the dancers pay the house for the right to work there.

Does anyone have a handy concise guide on HCG effects, dosage, bring back atrophy testes ?

My buddy is on TRT too and his Doc finally gave him a script after 2 years for HCG

She wrote 5000 IU 10 ml

I told him how much, she is new to TRT and is an Endo

She told him his balls shrank a lot and she said they will not produce again

I told him I'd get the info and that I believed she was wrong

Kind of makes sense.  I use DE for my pool filter and it's basically ground up fossils, so as long as it was purified/sterilized it might work.  The question is how much and how often.  If it actually works can you make yourself anemic?

Kind of makes sense.  I use DE for my pool filter and it's basically ground up fossils, so as long as it was purified/sterilized it might work.  The question is how much and how often.  If it actually works can you make yourself anemic?

Kills all the gut worms too. Don't freak out with you poop out a 12ft long spaghetti noodle.

Right now I could use a tapeworm.  That might help me get this last 8-10 pounds off

I'll tell my story.  I had low T for 3 years that i knew about.  I tried everything.  I was overweight at 5'10" 230 lbs, went on a paleo type diet.  I lost 40 lbs on it but basically plateau'd.  My muscle mass was suffering, my T wasn't going up.  I was working out 3 to 4 times a week and wasn't really making gains or anything and if i took a couple weeks off i basically had to start over.  T tested at about 320 during this time and that was up from 180 a year earlier.  A coworker told me that he was on TRT.  Told me i should go get checked but insurance wouldn't cover any of it.

So i went and got checked out, i qualified to go on TRT.  Was kind of a big decision for me because i knew there was no going back.  I had a sit down with the wife about it basically explaining that this is going to take effort from both of us because my sex drive is going to go through the roof.  She said she understood.  Later on we figured out she didn't.  Anyways, i went on TRT, i do HCG monday and friday, and testosterone on wednesday, anastrozol on thursday.  I've honestly never felt better my entire life, as i've lived with an undescended testicle my entire life.  Motivation comes easy, my muscle mass sticks around and i don't even lift anymore.  I heal quick, recover quick, and my sex drive is absolutely insane, like i'm 18 again.  I mentioned before my wife didn't understand despite thinking she did.  It's literally every day and it took a long time to get her to understand that.  That was the most stressful part of this entire thing is getting her to the point she would put out that often.  We would barely have sex once a week sometimes before TRT, sometimes once every couple weeks.  I almost went off of TRT 6 months into it because i was so tired of having to beg for sex just to get it 4 times a week.  So i said hey look, i'm just going to quit doing TRT.  You'll have a fat, lazy husband again that you'll eventually cheat on, and he'll probably die at 55, but at least you won't have to put out very often.  Of course that started a big argument about how much is enough and i said if we do it 3 days in a row i can give you a day off.  She came around, and i'm a happy happy dude.  I maintain about 900-1000 T and feel good at that.
