- Take them with you to Florida. - Dangle them like bait. - Opposition takes the bait hook/line/sinker, colludes to try to seize documents, press charges. - Opposition tries to redact already-declassified documents, use as evidence. - Declassified documents now become evidence in trial, and as-such, public record. - Un-redact/unseal/distribute documents to the public. This was a brilliant trap. Obvious from the start for anyone with two brain-cells to rub together, but brilliant. |
