I’d justify both.
A real HK SP5 semi is $2900 The really nice MKE are like $1100 each. You’re saving money getting two over the HK one (only diff is roll mark on the side). You’re welcome. |

I’ll reluctantly say full size. I’ve got both (non HK’s) and they are both awesome.
 Also, A2 stock is best to shoot with, A3 is coolest looking, and A3F is kinda a nice compromise. Mine usually wears the A3F.  But the K is just sexy:

I have a H&K Mp5-A3. I have 2 Ap5P’s (Mp5k)

You’re welcome. Yea whatever First we have to assume the steel and heat treat are as good as the German guns. Next the Action 3 is a real advancement especially the ejector but for longer term durability the action 3 bolt changes extended the life 60%. These MKE former HK contract guns offer a great value and I think 90% are good guns but they are absolutely not HK quality. Too many misaligned triple frames, older spec parts and softer steels. |

I really have to say both. The rate of fire on the MP5K is hilariously fast, like 1000 RPM and even faster with a can, so that's always fun. But the fullsize MP5 is perfect ROF and very enjoyable to shoot.

It’s a tough decision but I went with the full size. I shoot it suppressed 99% of the time and didn’t want to mess with the locking piece on the K.
That being said, I’ve been considering getting a K as well and probably will someday. |

OP should have done this one properly and that means
MP5A3 vs MP5K-PDW and while the PDW is super cool the MP5 wins and this comes from a guy who use to own both with happy switches. |
