I have a cousin that was in that movie as a double. Where they're doing training with dresses and shaved heads, he's one of the kids.
The school it was filmed at is Miller School of Albemarle in Charlottesville, VA. |

 Major Payne - How to forget about pain We watched this on the bus headed for some USMC base (maybe Camp Allen?) near Norfolk during the MCJROTC summer trip right before I started high school. They billeted us in a WWII squad bay and Captain Schmitz (a former DI) gave us the Full Metal Jacket experience, complete with 0500 trash can reveille, and yelling at us to get on line in our PT gear. lol The rappelling tower was my favorite part. |
