Ehh back in the day you were actually treated with decency and pride by the airlines. Food service was a 3 course meal. Now they treat you like cattle, pack you in like sardines, TSA agents are always assholes, flight crews aren’t much better, baggage fees, etc They don’t produce a product worthy of a dress code. Yeah I’m wearing my gym clothes, makes TSA easier, and I don’t have to sit in cramped conditions in stuffy clothes. I’ll save that for the trade show.

The airlines treat passengers like cattle. Customer service is a lost art. Let’s see how the thousands of people with delayed flights this weekend felt about their customer experience.

If you choose to be abused by an airline, please remember you paid for the privilege.

May your next flight be the middle seat with a plus sized mom and her screaming child.  Then you won’t need to worry about someone else’s shirt.

That customer service disappeared along with regulation/trains/bus lines. El cheapo fares brought the trash.

There was a woman who had a Fuck Trump hat that had just boarded a Delta flight. CA came back to her seat, she gave him guff and off she went. Once the cockpit gets involved, you're off.

Well....This is interesting.  I am going to be keeping my eyes out for attire that offends me on Delta from here on out.  I am not getting dressed up to fly on vacation.  If I'm flying for work, I'm wearing whatever attire is appropriate for my destination that day.  C'mon, you're getting jammed into an aluminum tube with as many other people as they can fit in it.  But if they are going to kick people off for offensive political speech on a T-shirt, two can play at that game.

There's a minor difference between a government-run childhood indoctrination center and a private corporation running an airline.

It's the same reason Twitter and Facebook can get away with censoring you when they do it on their own -- and it's why the Biden administration hid its censorship operations behind "we just sent a few emails, they did the censoring without our really asking for it."

Likewise, assaulting the indoctrination officers with, e.g., thrown chairs is also apparently supposed to be tolerated, but punch a stewardess and you're going to jail.

I like it when shirts like the "I work harder than an ugly stripper" ones pop up on facebook. It's only about a week or two until everyone in town is wearing one.

I feel like I should probably get a screen printing business now, every time there's a new viral sensation you just crank out a bunch of shirts and start selling them as fast as you can.

'I'm getting kicked off because of my shirt,' the man declares to the other passengers as he walks down the aisle with his suitcase.

'And this is her reporting,' he says, jerking his thumb in the direction of the stewardess.

Then he reads the name tag of the Delta employee who is ushering him off the plane.

'Stupid a** Wendy,' he sneers.

As he disembarks from the plane, he calls 'thank you, Wendy.'

According to Reddit user SKBeachGirl, who posted the video, they were 'sitting next to a young man before boarding that had on a Trump shirt with middle fingers.'

At some point, an airline employee approached the man about his shirt.

They told him that someone had complained and that he must change his shirt or he would not be permitted to board, the Reddit user explained.

'He turned his shirt inside out, and we all boarded,' SKBeachGirl wrote.

'Next thing I know, right before takeoff, a Delta employee comes on the plane and escorts him off the flight,' they continued.

'He had flipped his shirt back to the decal side,' the Reddit user revealed.

In the comments section, many people were quick to defend the airline's actions.

'Private company enforces a dress code. Seems pretty easy,' one user wrote.

'Probably got kicked off because of the middle fingers being displayed on the t-shirt. I see lots of MAGA shirts when I fly,' someone opined.

According to Delta's contract of carriage, the airline reserves the right to refuse transportation to an individual when their attire 'creates an unreasonable risk of offense or annoyance to other passengers.'

My personal opinion on the shirt has no bearing on his right to wear it where ever he wants to. & I mean every where.

It was already explained by a Delta employee here that it was the middle fingers(obscence gesture) that was the problem and not politics.
