Out of half a million members, I think I've got a user note on about 5 of them, but it's not super useful except as a "Did I think something about this user once?  I'll go check."
It would be neat if there was an option that my note would display on the user profile without going looking for it.  Some people are easy to remember who they are, some others aren't easy but are worth it



Obviously it would be abused with people marking their "teams" in whatever the controversy of the year is, but not by me I promise
