Disclaimer:  I am not advocating ANYTHING.

What would happen if folks started flagrantly littering with their masks?  Tossing that shit right out the window of their car, throwing them out on the beach, dumping them wherever the hell they wanted.  I have visions of thousands of masks blowing down the highways and streets.  Maybe some dolphin carcasses washing ashore with masks stuck on their snouts.  A dead dear on the side of the road with a mask tangled in its hind legs.

Remember beer can pop top tabs?  That shit was banned cause they were all over the place.  What about plastic grocery bags and straws ?

Libtards will become schizophrenic.

I find it interesting that the reusable bags got pushed to the side as soon as covid came around.

Go to some poorer parts of San Diego.

Masks are already blowing around and sitting on roadsides, in bushes etc.

yeah, I am sure that if that happens they will just re open all the closed restaurants and bars and everything will go back to normal.

Masks mandates are the least problem.  But the easiest to point your finger at.

https://www.thesouthafrican.com/lifestyle/environment/over-1-5-billion-face-masks-now-believed-to-be-polluting-worlds-oceans/

As 2020 draws to a close, one of the most recognizable symbols of the year is the protective face mask.

As the novel coronavirus swept across the globe earlier this year, billions of people began wearing the face coverings, with one study estimating that no less than 129 billion face masks were being used every month around the world.
However, as face masks have become ubiquitous in our day-to-day lives, they’ve also grown to litter every corner of our neighborhoods, from storm drains to lakes, to parks to beaches.
And now, it turns out that our oceans are teeming with face masks too, some 1.5 billion of the coverings in fact, according to a new report from marine conservation NGO OceansAsia.

Disposable face masks can take more than 450 years to break down!
“Once plastic enters the marine environment, it’s very difficult to move,” said Dr. Teale Phelps Bondaroff, the OceansAsia’s director of research.

Yup, environmentalism is just a means to control you. The left doesn’t actually believe in anything.

lol yeah, discarded masks, gloves and Clorox wipes are all over parking lots. I'm surprised they aren't bitching about that, especially after all the fuss about straws in my state.

Blue states shall blue state.

That said I hate people. I think people that litter should be harshly punished. It's grotesque.

Fear in public has become a virtue and obedience a status symbol.

Ever notice that Biden's mask is about five sizes too large to fit his face properly? It is so poorly fitted that it can't possibly offer any protection.

But optics are everything, and I just don't see that changing soon.

Not a good idea, the micro chips in the masks will lead right back you. If (((they))) find enough of them a black suv will show up and take you to the internment camps in New York. Is this how posting works in GD now?

The mask trash is horrible as is. Nothing worse than walking in a National Park miles and miles deep and seeing that shit, or watching a bird messing with one at a wildlife refuge, ugh! 2 mountain ranges, 2 National Parks, 10 rivers and hundreds1.3k+ miles this year on the trails and those things are everywhere.

There would have to be a big propaganda campaign to alert the useful idiot socialists and let them know what it is they're upset about.

The propaganda machine wants everyone forced to wear masks, so it wont be doing anything anti-mask.

And so therefore, no amount of littering with masks will cause outrage.
