So your company assumes guilt and requires proof of innocence; AND you are supporting that. Either you are incorrect in your company's policies, OR you are standing behind the most unamerican thing I can think of and trying to defend it.

I can believe those people are out there, but that's absolutely crazy to me. Most do everything they can to NOT make a DUI arrest because it's a huge pain in the ass.
