so this workout really tweaked something in my right shoulder.  Certain movements are difficult.

I did just get my first set of pushups in for the week, and completed 60 in 0:53.  This was done at 1907.
2nd set at 1911.  60 reps in 0:53.
3rd set at 1916.  60 reps in 0:51.
4th set at 1922.  60 reps in 0:45.
5th set at 1928.  60 reps in 0:45.

6-9th sets are all 50 reps.
