I just installed Vivaldi for Android and all my green arrows are back to were they were earlier in the update.  . It's that way in every forum I've read in. They're still fine in Brave and Firefox on this same tablet. Even though it was just installed I cleared all browsing data because I had it on this tablet for a few minutes once before and thought I might have pulled up this website then. No change.
