Steamed Broccoli and chicken breast. Chicken seasoned with Meat Church's Holy Cow, then topped with some liquid amino. Liquid Death sparkling water to drink. Surprisingly this tastes amazing.

There's no numbers on the front, and it's my Crypto.com card that I never have anything on, so jokes on them.

Do you really pay more money for water from the Alps? Is there any difference in taste?

Stir-fry that up with some link sausage and it'd be perfect.

My wife makes the same kinda food, except we add rice to the dish. Looks great, healthy, I have 50 different kinds of hot sauce I use regularly.

I like the amount of carbonation it has. Not too much like most sparkling waters...more like the level you'd find in beer. Neighbor gets it cheap from where he works, so yeah..I pay for it.

I think lean would be more accurate than healthy. Needs more fat

I get my daily fat from my morning post workout smoothie and dinner. Lunch is just filler to keep me from craving junk.

I have some homemade split pea soup on the stove right now. It’s pretty healthy too.

But congrats on watching your diet.

Used to love those. Walmart changed something in the seasoning like months ago and it wasn't for the good. Haven't gotten one since.

I had a bowl of ramen but I added a relatively healthy slice of ham.

Looks like a teeny tiny lunch.  I'd need at least 2 of those.

Wasn't big but wasn't small either. 1.5 cups broccoli and a chicken breast.

Had my annual physical Monday and BMI jumped to 19. Don't wanna hit 20.

Edit: Decided to eat healthier and smaller portions, spend more time in our gym, get more sleep, and cut out beer completely....only bourbon now.

Used to start 25-30. What's your point?

Edit: And this is only my 5th.

If I didn’t starve to death on that I’d hope to choke to death on it.

I ate 3 eggs, 1/4lb of sausage, two slices of cheese, two slices of toast with about an inch of butter for breakfast.

A bag of Fritos dipped in peanut butter for lunch.

And I’m hitting a taco stand for quesabirria here in a minute.
