In MD trucks like that must be permanently marked sewage, pool water, potable water, or non potable water IIRC. It's a hefty fine for being unmarked.

The timing of the water truck arrival was in line with the fire truck. Makes me think that they were coordinated to bring supplemental water than what the fire truck carries and can use before connecting to the hyrdrant.
Also, red car at the end just drives right over the hoses and rolls back and forth with no idea where they should go. |
