Unfortunately they didn't have anything for bear. I did some searches and found a wild game marinade: https://www.rmef.org/media/ultimate-wild-game-marinade/ Mixed it up, set it in the refrigerator overnight, turned the roast over a few times, then dumped the whole mess into an instant pot. It's pretty damned good actually. Greasy but good. I think it would make awesome bbq. |
