Anyone have any ideas on why my display does this? Happens in Netflix, Prime Video and Outlook that I know of. When I move the cursor things clear up but then quickly scramble again when I stop moving it.

I hate issues like this. Always a bit of a pain in the rear to T.S... Seems like it would be one of the following. (in order of probability, IMHO) Monitor (try swapping or connecting to another display) Video card (not going to be easy, most are onboard now and you may or may not have a correct slot. Been years since I've messed with a VCard) Video Driver (uninstall/reinstall or update if update exists.) Cable (not likely, but easiest to test, if you don't have a spare, grab one from Wallys or Amazon) I'm assuming your running HDMI, so, If you don't have a 2nd monitor, you may be able to run it to a TVs HDMI input for a bit for testing. |
