I'm pretty sure they used my 3D print model at least for initial evaluation. I made this and had it on thingiverse in 2019 then transferred it over to Printables in 2022. Pretty cool how close I got. It's unconceivable to me how one wouldn't purchase this poster, now. Had wanted one of these since I was a teen ager - I wanted the one "I want to believe" seen on the X-Files, but that one was apparently a modification of the one in actual existence - if you believe or ever believed Bob Lazar (which I have since the first time he came out in 1989) - I am going to link it, then post the image as a screen capture. I bought it last night after watching the doc almost three times in a row. I am going to watch the doc again. To me though it's also a way to reconnect with the 1980s and earlier; I love those times long long time, and I love living and re-living those memories of Classic America again. The increase in technology has been good but prices are pushing the performance systems out of regular power user hands, especially video cards being held up by all the new GPG hosts internal and external, the gamer is no longer the profile. I had a whole other long paragraph regarding things I missed about the 80s and what we've given up for convenience, just volunteering to go around the 1st amendment since the gov buys their surveillance. The US went full nosedive into it letting China and other oriental countries to effectively own the US as we turned off and destroyed/rusted to do death most of our factories and foundries so now if we want to build our own transformers, we would need to mine copper and iron here in the US and try to find workers to run the steel mill, copper refinery, foundry, machine shops and more. Too many of today's people only look at work from Home jobs and then complain there are NO job openings around them, when the real problem is they want to be paid far more than minimum wage and work from home on top. That was a joke in the 80s and actually didn't take off until Covid (meet the "New Normal"). Last time I heard the media talk about "The New Normal" was after 9/11. If I'd known then what we know and can figure now, we'd be shunned or banned and have our networking rights removed for 1 month before Big Brother allows you to be hooked up again. Why is this post so long and so... dark/bitter? I intended to have a great 80s trivia thread, kind of like all the stuff thrown together in the book "Ready Player One" (Way better than movie) Well, I guess I lost my optimism and the direction of things hasn't changed much but it is slightly better, apart from jumping into wars to save the Petro Dollar, which is the #1 goal of the US I believe. That's why they installed the Shah in the 700s who then burka'd all the the girls after they were in bikinis and skimpy clothes posters prior to that. Now it's s backfiring and the CIA is having problems injecting a new leader as they did in the 70s. Well, another dark topic. The changes to allow schools to give GEDs to kids who can't graduate due to subjects being too difficult was a sign things were headiong bad. I am just so in love with those years, Privacy for just about anything was assumed to be pretty airtight if you took a couple minor precautions. No cell phone tracking and mental / physical / financial profile being stored, after a year of that, they can tell if a different person is holding the phone and carrying it, since you have signatures for the angle you hold phone at and if you use hands off and all that jazz. I'm surprised how much 80s bands and songs are being mentioned, original run 80s movies, and several others, down to kids currently in high school and that's kind of nationwide (compared to how many have fantasy of 90's world or 70s world for example). |

And the sad part is that I bet 95% completely skip over or miss entirely the short section talking about human bodies being created as vessels but they don't know what the vessels are for. They will be too focused on the story and incredible visuals used in this movie.

In the documentary, when Bob is discussing the fallout, he mentions that after he tries to meet with Dennis at the casino, he discovers they broke into his house. Then he gets asked "did they take anything?" and he just says "Yeah, they did" and then stares. Is this Bob suggesting that when they broke in they found and took the Element 115 that he had? |

Well I played with Davinci with both DSC_0501.NEF and DSC_0515.NEF for about an hour, I cant fully replicate their enhancement. I can get about halfway there. I was able to make out the "big door" by adjusting contrast curves, but the nice square edges that they show I am not sure how they we able to do that honestly. What an odd thing to say. |

By him admitting that they recovered the element, he would be admitting to a serious federal crime. |

Between the apparently very true article about AI using our phones to kill us, the mention about say us not being able to see WiFi signals, the weapon used in VN during the Maduro raid, and all the cell towers and WiFi routers everywhere, what is actually being broadcast that we don’t know is being broadcast? Have they learned how to tap into human consciousness? |

It can only go so far until people eventually go "Wait, that's not right..." due to how often they make statements conflicting with statements they made a week ago, and if called out on it they just say "conspiracy theorists don't trust our news". |
