So NM doesn't have any law like my states NRS 414.15?
"Limitations on emergency powers relating to firearms. ...must not be construed to allow: ...The imposition of additional restrictions as to the lawful possession, transfer, sale, carrying, storage, display or use of..." I thought most states passed similar laws after Katrina. |
