When I worked midnights we all would say that we wanted night court. No one knew about the show but I introduced it to the squad. I remembered watching it with my dad. I’ll have to check this out.

Trivia: Early in that show, a woman name Ellen Foley played the female public defender role for one season. This was before Markie Post took that role.
Ellen Foley very famously sang backup on Meat Loaf's "Bat Out of Hell" album. YES, she did the backup vocals on "Paradise By the Dashboard Light"!  Paradise By the Dashboard Light |
