B-52s have an unusually large angle of incidence since they were designed to fly at rather high altitude.  Therefore, when they fly low level they are in a nose down attitude.

That is an indication of the incredible amount of lift those wings have! That aircraft is nearly empty; no bombs and only enough fuel to complete his mission. He has so much lift on his wings, he's gotta put the nose down to maintain straight & level flight!

Pretty awesome if you ask me.

I see worse than that all the time.

That is usually the result when it's recommended you get your wisdom teeth and you choose not to.

Now you lose 2 teeth.

@kar98k

Check youtube for orthopedic surgical videos. They'll use slide hammers and all sorts of contraptions to make it work.

Reminded me of this:

Yehudi lights

Spotlights on the leading edges of the wings made the aircraft blend in with the sky; he'd be a LOT closer to his target (ships, subs, etc) before being detected.

That pilot was Bud Holland. I just did some internet searching and couldn’t find the names of the B-52 crew that did the low flyby of the USS Ranger. If it was Holland, I’d think it would be easy to find because it would be listed as another example of his recklessness. I might be wrong though because the timeframe would line up with his career.

Here’s some Holland examples. Here’s him prematurely aging the airframe: https://youtu.be/Nk8VHxlkZ3s

What's happening in the carrier fly by is "below radar" sea skimming that B52's did to practice invading USSR, is it not?  Not "recklessness".

I’m not an expert or even that knowledgeable, but flying that low over the water seems excessively low, even for the radar avoidance tactics at the time.
