The Russian MoD reports an attack on the Priazovye ship of the Black Sea fleet 300 km south east of Sevastopol. The MoD says the ship repulsed the attack and destroyed all unmanned boats.  This would be another attack on a Russian intelligence vessel.

Apparently my understanding of the Ukrainian operation is correct (see quoted tweet). Russians were forced to retreat, the threat of encirclement was very high as confirmed by the Russians themselves. Staromlynivka is probably the short term target. There are not many fortifications in that area per @bradyafr map

 I'm hearing some of this area is sandy bottom. Is it possible to just pile stone on top and drive across this once it dries out a bit? Could the Ukrainians cross this at some point without much trouble if there is no mud? Will sandy soil dry out fast? This is an area I am not familiar with. |

Yeah, I became curious as well when I saw multiple posts mentioning in some areas the soil is sandy or rocky instead of muddy. This could present interesting opportunities for Ukrainian forces in the coming months if it is easier to cross some of these areas now because of the low water and if the soil is right for it. |
