They might still just be prodding with some cruise missiles looking for holes in the air defenses. Main target was Kyiv. Using Shaheds to prod for holes in the air defenses will only take you so far. They are much slower and easier to hit even by small arms fire. Once you discover and plot a course where the Shahed can make it most of the way to your target, you can try a few 600 mph low altitude cruise missiles to see if they can make it through. If they don't, then you know to try another route next time with the Shahed/Kaliber missiles for better results. |

Prague - Minister of Defence Jana Černochová (ODS) welcomed her counterparts from the Visegrad Group countries (V4 – Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary) at the National Memorial on Vítkov Hill today. The two-day meeting of Defence Ministers is hosted by Prague in connection with the V4 Presidency. As far as the rounds skipping that looks like the BMPs firing 30mm tracers. I spent a lot of time watching that because it was pretty awesome.  Hate to be on the receiving end.

It's good for us. We got woken up because of the Ukrainian conflict, so we will be in a better position if or when China tries to do something with Taiwan. As for the other article, it's cheaper to just give Taiwan extra anti ship missiles like Harpoon and Patriot for air defense, which they pay us for.
