Me texting my brothers with 30 seconds left in the 1st half:

"The Bears were who we thought they were...."

Maybe the Titans will "Let 'em off the hook" in the 2nd half...

Thank you, Tennessee Titans, for doing exactly that.

You made Dennis Green very proud today!

Last week, I read an ESPN.com article that predicted the Bears defense would be the weak link.

Based on this one game, that does not appear to be the case.

Caleb Williams (and the offense) need to make some serious adjustments.

The Dallas O line is playing well. I thought that was going to be the difference. That Dallas wouldn't be able to run, and that pass rush would destroy Dak. But, the Dallas O line IMO has been the difference in the game.

“Cowboys will punt.”

I see Tom Brady isn’t familiar with Brandon Aubrey.

Since joining the league, Parsons has had the 37th most plays rushing the passer.

Despite this, he also has the 2nd most pressures.

You know an INT on Watson was coming.

He's already escaped 2-3 this game.

I think people cared less with Romo,  at least I did. He could elevate the players around him.  Dak doesn't do that.

This is true until it isn’t.

Giving Dak $60M APY, $5M more than the next closest guy, when he’s in his 30s and never escaped the divisional round is pretty crazy.

At some point, he’s not worth it anymore, and Jerry drove by that point with the cruise control set and the radio up.

The only guy in the NFL who can sign for ‘the most’ workout raising an eyebrow is your boy.

Almost everyone else worth a starting position who can help a team win will get the going rate of $55 million-ish. Cousins, dak and purdy are the exception for finding gems in late rounds.

agree in spirit, but who are the 5 quarterbacks actually playing the game who you feel are better than Dak?

I can't bring 5 to mind.

The Cowboys offense looked good, but not great in the first half (though considering the defense they were facing, that’s still very good).

The Cowboys defense, however….

The O line/running game was my biggest questions, the defense was #3. But, Dallas has always done well drafting O lineman in the Jerry Jones era.

Especially impressed with Dallas so far, considering how last season they really underperformed against quality teams on the road.

Cautiously optimistic

Hopefully if and when they make the postseason, the D coordinator doesn’t spend the week leading up the game working on his resume and house hunting.

Great point.

Zim has made it clear he's not interested in another head coaching job. (I suspect unless it's McCarthy's spot)

I know most of ya'll are watching the Dallas game, but Tampa looking pretty solid on the other Fox game.  And the Skins might have a pretty good QB there, eventually.

I am very appreciative that whenever FOX is calling a Cowboys game with their A Team, 95% of the time they assign Erin Andrews to their sideline.

The other team gets Tom Rinaldi and I find him off putting to look at.

He reminds me of some creature creepily wearing a human suit.

Meanwhile the dude they kicked to the curb over "maturity" issues is coming off a playoff win and a new contract that's still cheaper than Watson's.
