Watched the process a few months ago. Take the weight off the booster with a crane , fold up the legs and swing it over to a trailer and lay it down horizontally. Except the one I watched pranged a couple of legs and they had to take a couple completely off , folded up the other 2 though. |

SpaceX awarded two more launches under NSSL Phase 2
Space Exploration Technologies Corp., Hawthorne, California, has been awarded two individual firm-fixed-price task orders totaling $159,721,445 under the National Security Space Launch Phase 2 contract. These task orders provide the basic launch services and mission integration for USSF-36 and NROL-69. Work will be performed in Hawthorne, California; Vandenberg Air Force Base, California; and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023. Fiscal 2021 missile and space procurement funds in the full amount are being obligated at the time of award. The Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California, is the contracting activity (FA8811-21-F-0009 and FA8811-21-F-0010). View Quote |

It's early march and SpaceX has already beaten ULA's and Ariane's 2020 numbers in both tonnage and number of launches... A month from now it'll probably have already beaten their combined numbers!

Were the fairing halves caught, or recovered if they were not captured?
Have not read anything of their status. |

I don't blame Elon in the least for keeping SpaceX private, as much as it pisses me off. The minute it was to go public the vultures would suck the capital right out. |

Put a Starlink system on the drone ships.
Landing successful. |

I could see the satellites about 20 minutes after deployment if it were clear.
Awesome. Heavens-above has the element set up. If you live east of Colorado Springs, you may be able to see it as well. Verify your location in this website. Expect to need binoculars Heaven-Above starlink passes I will stay up a little if anyone needs help trying to look for them. The ground track is from the tip of Baja California, overhead a little west of Dallas-Ft Worth area then to the bottom of Lake Michigan. If the link above does not work, try this one. Then click "Starlink L21 launch was successful Check below for predictions for your location and update your location." Here is the pass from Dallas. Easy to find. Passes between the two end stars in the Big Dipper handle about 639 AM local. Allow a minute or so early/late and scan a little around the path. |

At the rate SpaceX is going, they will have individual boosters that will have lifted more to orbit this year than ULA and Arianespace...
