If they made the strap about 13" long, you could double wrap it and wear the watch head against your wrist like I've done with this one: |

First off is it isn't a loop design like Erika's MN strap; it is a single pass piece of elastic. This makes it easier to put on, but the loose tail is a bit in the way when putting on the watch. My other issue is the tri-glide slowly slipped throughout the day making the band loosen up. I think I have a solution to these problems. If I use a second tri-glide I can pass the tail of the strap back through it, this should both keep it out of the way and help lock down the length of the strap to keep it from loosening. Unfortunately I only ordered one of these straps so I don't have a second tri-glide around to try this. I just ordered a second paratrooper strap and will be trying it in a few weeks. |

They provide enough friction to not slide, and are big enough to accept the hook. https://www.strapworks.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=MS-F&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIg4Ob0rTE4gIVFCCtBh1SHQhgEAQYAiABEgJOpvD_BwE |

I emailed Sofie Björklund of cheapestnatostraps yesterday and she responded this morning. She has been overwhelmed by the response that her Paratrooper straps have gotten and is looking for more options. Sounds like she'll make them like Erika's as well, but just can't advertise that. She said she'll likely start making them a little longer so they can be worn with the double-wrap.

Attached File There’s a few people carrying these chevron bands, I thought this might be something I’d like, so I ordered one. I put it with a regular nato to highlight the difference. This one is from Crown & Buckle. To be honest, it’s not my thing. The buckle is hard to adjust, the material is too thin for my liking, they are much shorter and since it’s a single strap, I nearly dropped my watch twice when I took it off. The heavy diver just slides right off. It would probably work better with a lighter field watch, but it just wasn’t what I was expecting. |

A friend of mine showed me this watch strap and said they were as good or better than their custom $100.00 band. So I ordered one, and am very happy with it to say the least. It came from ebay seller, thingsbyangele. Cost was $33.95. It is made out of American Horween leather and made in the USA. I will purchase from them again. Regards |

Glad this thread got some interest again. Just got in a few more ToxicNatos (Ute whatever) from Hodinkee. I remember back when it was Toxic I got a Bond from them, but now I only see 4-5 solid colors. Does anyone know if they do small runs of other patterns or are we just down to solid colors now that they're on the new site? I'd love to get an original "Bond" style nato and/or a red/black bond from them. Best NATOs I've found by far.
