UPS guy showed up with a large box. Inside the box was a 32lb container of Worlds Best Cat Litter & another box with a Flashforge Adventurer 5M (black).

Had loads of fun trying to get them to have UPS pick it up to go back. Got on a chat session with a CS rep., they wanted me to drive it to a drop off center or pay $7.99 to have a UPS driver pick it up.
They did offer to refund the $7.99, after they received the package. Told them I wasn't going to front the fee & didn't want to burn my gas to correct their error. Another rep (supervisor?) got on the chat & actually offered to refund the cost of the undelivered filament & " no need to return the wrong item". I told them they really didn't mean that, it is a $299 printer & you really do want to have someone pick it up. At that point they agreed to issuing a refund & setting up a call tag for UPS to pick it up "next business day". Hard work giving someone back $299. |

I once ordered a replacement cable for a BLTouch and received a BLTouch instead. Amazon argued with me when I tried to send it back, so I just kept that bitch

After 60 days, I figured it's been abandoned so I might as well use it. Opened it up & installed it in place of the E3.

I'm almost certain I read a thing about this, and legally you have some authority that if the shipper leaves it at your house, it's yours. You'd be a nice guy to give it back to them when asked, but you're really not under any obligation to get it back to them. And these days with shipping being the fiasco it is, people are getting free stuff all the time. I'm just waiting on mine haha.

I was building a PC and ordered a case from Newegg. I received the correct case but I got 10 of them. I contacted Newegg to tell them and it was pretty much impossible to get the CSR's (3 of them in several calls and email) to understand I received a case of cases. It felt like the who's on first gag.
