For the record about neocons - I've never been a fan. I didn't like GWB. I only liked the GWOT because I participated in it.

I don`t mean to anger you, but I`ve got cornstalks in my flowerbed and I painted my front door and mailbox chartreuse. I had to look up the color.... damn, that is ugly! Lol. I don't bother with the nitpicking and small stuff. The only thing I've bitched about lately is asshole neighbors leaving the security door propped while they leave the premises. Not to take the dog out, not to throw out trash, not to fuck with their car, not to bring in groceries, but actually leave. That's an asshole move. The other board members can deal with the small stuff but they're (we're running at 60% capacity) mostly hands off. I'm just trying to do my best (before selling) for an association that's falling apart and managed like shit. I didn't want this position. Was practically begged to step up as treasurer because no one else will. It's overwhelming at times because mgmt sucks and shit just keeps piling up. Might look into starting my own mgmt company. I know the back end and have dealt with enough property mgrs (used to work as a property accountant) to know most are not the brightest crayons in the box and I could easily do their job. Think I need to get a broker's license though to do so. Not sure if I want to tackle that although it could be lucrative. May try to partner up with someone. Or might just stick with public accounting. Who knows. There's plenty of options. I digress. |

The reality of the situation is this, you can vote for either of the two candidates that the two parties (RNC/DNC) have chosen for you. The DNC, by switching out Biden for Kamala, let the cat out of the bag. It was a forced error of their own making, as they couldn`t cover for Biden`s dementia any longer. The NeoCons controlling the RNC showed their hand by sabotaging Trumps presidency while he was in office. And here we are, with Trump breaking the backs of both "parties" (in crime). |
