If someone posts a video and the original post contains less than 50 characters, after they hit "Submit" it would be kind of nice to prompt them to at least include a brief synopsis. I'm not saying to stop them from posting, just to gently nudge them not to "waste site resources".
 I'm not suggesting this for replies, only for original posts. posts like this are what I am referring to:
