30oz CAB seasoned with salt. Tried the Guga method where you constantly move the steak to a cool spot on the grate then spin it back over the coals. It was tender, juicy, and beefy but definitely overcooked. Total cook time was 9 minutes, any shorter and the crust wouldn't have been acceptable. I had a whole lit chimney in the SnS and it wasn't full, if I do it again I'd probably do the whole lit chimney again then top off the SnS so it's full to the top and let that all light before I throw the steak on.

I have one. If I'd have taken the steak off at 115° or 120° internal there would have been minimal crust

Bit over done,

but it'll do.

Give it 6/10 for being over done & no tater(s)
